Tips For Your Transformation

1. Follow the Meal Plan.

This may seem like a no-brainer, but it’s important to follow the meal plan! Some people try skipping their Meal Days in an attempt to speed up their progress, but doing so is a big mistake. Remember, you’re working toward optimal health, which means giving your body essential nutrients. Make sure you eat the carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables on your Meal Days to give your body what it needs to thrive!

2. Keep Things Simple.

Transforming your life doesn’t have to be complicated. Trying to change too much too fast can be overwhelming and can make it more difficult to stay on track long-term! For example, if you don’t cook very often, trying to master complicated recipes all at once might not be the best idea. Instead, focus on making every healthy choice as easy as possible. Choose easy, healthy recipes that you’ll feel confident about making. Then, once you’ve mastered those, you can move on to more difficult ones!

3. Eat a Variety of Healthy Foods.

One of the best ways to stay excited about your physical transformation is to embrace variety. Some people thrive eating the same things day in and day out, but most of us are much happier when we eat a variety of healthy foods. 4. MAKE SLEEP A PRIORITY.

Getting enough sleep at night is an important part of your physical transformation. Inadequate sleep can lead your body to produce more ghrelin, a hormone that signals your brain that it’s time to eat, and suppresses the amount of leptin, which signals your brain that you’re full. That can make transforming your life much more difficult. Most adults need 7-9 hours of sleep each night to feel their best, so we encourage you to make it a priority.
